Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Courtmacsherry. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries. Additional day-to-day tasks include performing general clerical duties, coordinating with other staff to provide excellent customer service, and ensuring the reception area is well-organized and professional.
Qualifications
* Strong Phone Etiquette and proficient handling of receptionist duties
* Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven Customer Service experience, prioritizing guest satisfaction
* Ability to multitask effectively and maintain a welcoming demeanor
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficiency with office software and reservation systems is an advantage
* Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is highly desirable
