We’re working with a market leader in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, representing premium global brands and continuing to expand across Ireland.
They’re now seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities. This is a senior role with real impact in a dynamic, international group.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications, support, and strategic discussions.
Proactively identify, contact, and engage new business prospects, while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
Leverage industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue growth, and strategic positioning within the market.
Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
About you
Proven track record in sales and business development
Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical/engineering sales is a strong advantage
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
Excellent communication and influencing abilities
