We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our construction team in residential schemes. To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in site management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring high productivity and liaison with subcontractors and site teams.
* Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to and assist with toolbox talks and daily progress reports.
* Take responsibility for overseeing all groundwork and structural elements of the build, ensuring a clean and tidy finish both internally and externally.
