We provide service & support, meeting tight SLA's for Hospitality, Bookmaking, Security Industry, and retail outlets.Main ResponsibilitiesThe role is for an Technician with a good level of technical ability.A large portion of the role will involve Installation/Troubleshooting of hardware and software on site .Installing & Support of AV systems, control systems, analogue and digital systems.Traveling to numerous sites throughout the day to meet customer SLA requirements.RequirementsMinimum of 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT/AV Industry.Full, valid driver's license.Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.Preferably based in The Leinster Region.BenefitsCompany Vehicle.Company Phone & Laptop.Company Uniform.Full Travel Expenses Paid.Overtime available at a competitive rate.Training and career progressions opportunities available.Minimum QualificationsSafe Pass and Manual Handling (Training Can be arranged).Experience in installation of Hardware/Software is a distinct advantage.
