We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Limerick.

The Role:
As a Site Manager (Fit-Out), you will take full responsibility for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all fit-out activities, including leading and coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and finishing trades.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
* Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation.
* Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects.
* Retail fit-out experience.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
