Customer Experience Associate
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to support our Irish market from our Dublin office. In this role, you will handle a diverse set of responsibilities and play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the customer experience.
As a Customer Experience Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as email and phone. You will also serve as a crucial link between our customers and internal departments such as sales, finance, and operations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a bachelor's degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service
* Assisting the sales team with preparing contracts, client presentations, and coordinating with internal departments
* Contributing to and executing creative marketing activities, such as mass communication and developing promotional materials
* Maintaining and updating databases, processing data, generating reports, and managing invoicing
* Supporting various tasks that help optimize the customer experience and contribute to our business growth
Requirements:
* A positive and solution-oriented professional with excellent communication skills
* Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar
* Experience in an administrative or back-office support role will be considered as advantage
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
