Role Overview

The Office Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support across the business, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. This role involves close collaboration with departmental managers and the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective record management, and efficient coordination of administrative processes. The position is hybrid, with the successful candidate working from Carr Golf Group’s Head Office in Park West, Dublin 12, and remotely as agreed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Operations and wider management team.
* Manage customer and client records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
* Process new client accounts and manage renewals or updates as required.
* Support the Finance Team by preparing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with collections of outstanding balances.
* Coordinate bookings, meetings, and event logistics, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
* Handle correspondence, respond to phone and email queries, and maintain office calendars and schedules.
* Take minutes for departmental meetings and circulate action points to relevant stakeholders.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for quarterly or monthly reviews.
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and oversee general office supplies and equipment needs.


What You Will Bring

* A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
* At least 2 years of proven administrative experience.
* Strong customer service focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High levels of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical and data management skills with attention to detail.
* Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
