We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our growing role focuses on managing and developing the ARTDECO brand, supporting existing accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with the Sales Team to support and grow our Sothys, DMK, and Perron Rigot accounts, ensuring excellence in customer service and brand representation at every stage.

Primary Duties Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide ongoing sales support, including account management, follow-ups, and promotional activities through regular visits and training.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and deliver engaging product and practical makeup training sessions (in-person and virtual).
Work closely with the Chleo Skincare Trainer to ensure skincare accounts remain informed on the latest trends, formulations, and treatment protocols.
Attend ARTDECO brand training events with our supplier.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and open days to represent the brands.
Bring new ideas and initiatives to maximise sales performance.
Represent all brands in a professional, positive, and brand-aligned manner.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Qualifications in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC) desirable but not essential.
Makeup Artist training or a strong flair for makeup is essential.
Confident presenter with experience delivering educational sessions or workshops (advantageous).
Proven track record in sales with a results-driven, proactive mindset.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Solution-focused and adaptable approach to challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
Flexibility to travel as required.
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
