About theTeam:
ThePepper Legal team is an agile, commercially focused unit which provides legalsupport to a wide variety of internal business areas.
All members of the teamwork collaboratively together to support the goals of Pepper Advantage Ireland.
About the Role:
Reportingto the Head of Legal, this is a highly visible, business-focused role offeringexposure to a broad range of subject areas.
The role will involve reviewingtitle and security documentation and providing advice and guidance to relevantbusiness areas in relation to registration, perfection, and litigation queries.
The role will also require the candidate to engage and liaise withexternal legal service providers to ensure continuous improvements are beingachieved in terms of cost management and process efficiencies.
Thecandidate will need at least two years' post qualification experience, ideallyin financial services or working in a regulated financial services environment.It is expected that the candidate will have sufficiently broad experience andflexibility to support business requirements as needed and the role willrequire the candidate to be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic,and high-pressure environment managing multiple matters simultaneously withflexibility and resilience.
Thisrole is based in our Shannon office, and the successful candidate will berequired to be on-site three days a week.
