Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm
Rate of Pay:
€45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Client & Experience
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders onsite
Deliver a premium, visually engaging catering experience aligned to brand expectations
Lead on event planning and execution across all hospitality
Food & Innovation
Drive creative menu development and seasonal activations
Maintain high standards of presentation and food quality
Collaborate with culinary teams on new concepts
Operations
Oversee day-to-day catering and hospitality operations
Ensure smooth delivery of all events and services
Manage staffing and scheduling
Financial
Manage budgets, GP% and labour targets
Monitor sales, cost control and waste
Deliver against financial targets
Team Leadership
Lead and develop onsite catering teams
Maintain high standards of service and engagement
