Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Manager to join a high growth international business operating across the engineering and infrastructure space. Reporting to the CFO, this is a high-impact role offering broad exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, project analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities will include: Lead monthly management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis Drive budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and financial modelling Partner with operational teams on project costing and profitability Oversee finance operations, controls, compliance, and reporting Support systems improvement (ERP) and finance process optimisation Contribute to strategic projects (e.g. M&A), expansion plans, and business growth Requirements for this Role Qualified Accountant with a minimum of c.2 years industry PQE Strong financial reporting and commercial finance experience Experience in a project-led or fast-paced environment advantageous Commercially minded, proactive, and ambitious Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills About Our Client A high growth international business operating across the engineering and infrastructure space Remuneration Competitive + package Your application will be directed toGer Buckley.
