We are hiring for a Head of Financial Services to join our client, a Thriving & Reputable Financial Planning Brokerage Firm based in the Heart of Dublin.
This is a Hybrid Working opportunity with Great Work-Life balance Our client s Dublin City Centre based, near all transport links in and out of the city.
Key Duties;
* Lead and manage a cross-functional team
* Monitor team targets and peformance, and carry out reviews where necessary
* Oversee processes and esnure operations are running accordingly
* Participate in management meetings and strategy implications for the business
* Recruit and train new staff where required
Ideal Profile;
* QFA Minimum, CFP Qualified is desirable
* Experience leading a senior team within the financial services industry is required
* Broker experience is preferred
* Previous experience in a financial sales role, and across all areas of financial services is an advantage
* Highly motivated with strong leadership skills and influential
