Job Title: Financial Leadership Opportunity
Role Overview:
This position oversees a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team, ensuring high performance and efficiency in workloads and client service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the development of the Private Equity Fund Accounting team.
* Review and oversee NAVs, valuations, and client reporting to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage workloads efficiently while meeting regulatory deadlines and client service expectations.
* Provide coaching, training, and continuous development for team members to enhance their skills.
* Act as the key liaison with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.
* Drive improvements in processes, automation, and reporting quality to contribute to the department's strategic goals.
Requirements:
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* 10+ years post-qualification experience in accounting or finance.
* Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant financial regulations.
* Experience reviewing NAVs and managing complex accounting tasks.
* Proven leadership abilities, with expertise in motivating and developing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting principles and practices is desirable.
