The Scoop on the Role:
As a French Speaking Project Support Specialist at Grouper Technology Limited, you will play an important role in ensuring our French-speaking clients have a seamless and successful experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include basic project coordination and collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service. Your main goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert support to the project manager.

1. Language: Native French Speaker
2. Team Collaboration: Function effectively in a team environment while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
3. Customer Support: Resolve customer requests initiated through various support channels, including telephone and online project requests.

* Client Support:
o Provide first-line support to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
o Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting.
* Project Coordination:
o Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
* Documentation and Reporting:
