We are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to support our Finance function in Kerry Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices to the financial system
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity
* Liaise with suppliers, service providers and internal departments regarding financial matters
* Provide administrative support to the finance team
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial and personal information
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant finance/administrative experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong numeracy, analytical and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
