Job Description:
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of purchase orders on behalf of various stakeholders. This involves ensuring high standards of accuracy, control, and financial integrity in all aspects of PO processing. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving any discrepancies and addressing issues related to purchase orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) Level 4 qualification or equivalent is required.
• Relevant experience working within a Finance or Business domain, preferably involving financial accounting systems, is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is necessary.
• Fundamental Management & Delivery skills, including Communication, Relationship Management, Proactivity, and Decision-Making, are required.
