Provide in-depth technical training across UCC's coffee equipment product range, delivering a consistent programme and technical advice to all new employees on core coffee machines to ensure operational requirements are met.
The Role:
Deliver technical training induction programmes for all Field Based and workshop employees
Work alongside other Trainers to facilitate the UCC Coffee learning journey
Deliver high quality training and update relevant training records in the Learning Management System (LMS), highlight to line mangers any concerns regarding progress
Create and maintain refresher training and provide additional training for all field service and working existing employees when required
Support the training of newly introduced equipment following briefing by the relevant suppliers
Ensure all equipment needed for technical training is ready to use and maintained to a high standard
Ensure you are familiar with new equipment, latest modifications and support adhoc projects as required
Create modules covering all aspects of technical training, supported by written and practical tests
Work closely with the Technical Team and Regional Service Manager's to identify new technical training needs and plan accordingly
Work closely with Technical Operations Manager and Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all H&S obligations are being met and standard practice and procedure is introduced and regularly updated
The Person:
Proven technical training experience (either in the field or in a classroom)
Recognised electro/mechanical trade qualification – preferred
Excellent organisational skills and confident user of Microsoft Office
Natural communicator with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge to others
Full driving licence
