This No.1 Finance job with highly successful US Medical Device Manufacturer, Hollister Inc., in County Mayo is an unbelievable opportunity for an experienced Plant Controller or Director to be promoted to Global Director level within 12-24 months.
Starting as the Plant Controller for a manufacturing facility with approximately 800 employees, you will be an integral part on the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with the Site Director to drive business growth and improve performance across all key metrics. During your first year, you will immerse yourself in the operations to fully understand the business while leading a finance transformation initiative—consolidating a two-plant model in County Mayo into a single streamlined "one-plant" operation. Throughout this period, you will collaborate with the current Director of Finance for Global Manufacturing, preparing to step into their role within 1–2 years. As Director of Finance, your strategic influence and leadership scope will expand to encompass four manufacturing sites and approximately 3,000 employees worldwide.
