Permanent | Part-Time | Sligo (with travel across Ireland as required)
Do you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them take the next step in their career? As aPitman Training Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for future students, helping them select the right course, while also supporting the delivery and administration of our training programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Advise prospective students on suitable training options based on their goals.
* Attend appointments and follow-ups with potential students to generate sales.
* Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain knowledge of competitors to support strategic positioning.
* Prepare reports, reviews, and sales records for management.
* Supervise and support students throughout their learning journey.
* Manage student attendance, payments, and course progress.
* Administer course logistics including exams and materials.
* Promote Pitman Training through events, social media, and networking.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming training environment.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team, Training Manager, and other departments.

What We’re Looking For
* Professional qualifications in Business or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and guide prospective students.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of Pitman Training products is a plus.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
