We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care and operations of our nursing home.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all clinical care meets regulatory requirements, HIQA standards, and company quality systems. You will also oversee person-centred care planning, continuously monitor clinical practice through regular audits and follow-up actions.
