Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced technical services manager to lead our operations at a key site in Dublin.
About the Role:
This is a high-profile leadership role with full accountability for the delivery of hard facilities management services, energy management strategy, and compliance. You will oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset performance. You will also be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent service delivery and maintaining good relations with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all aspects of technical operations including maintenance planning, execution, monitoring & reporting;
* Sustaining quality standards across FM Services covering land surveying & civil engineering disciplines through effective resource allocation;
* Fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams to address various business needs such as client satisfaction metrics or operational optimization opportunities;
* Maintaining effective relationships with vendors/service providers supporting specific project requirements e.g., material procurement logistics coordination among others which impact overall cost savings efficiencies managed throughout organizational sectors delivering greater value propositions internally whilst adhering rigorously set out principles engaging constructively identified growth potential scenarios locally gaining national attention due paramount contributions positively impacting global bottom line figures today making sure employee morale stays exceptionally happy!
