About the Role
The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic expansion of services across Ireland, ensuring high-quality care and best outcomes for individuals supported.
This senior management role will play a key part in building brighter futures for those we support and our teams.
* Develop and implement strategies for creating high-performing teams tailored to the unique challenges of expansion, including targeted training and mentoring.
* Optimise operational efficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Foster strategic partnerships and leverage resources effectively to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
* Explicitly focus on continuous quality improvement initiatives, setting specific quality benchmarks and implementing best practices.
* Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, going beyond traditional CHO areas.
* Drive innovation in care solutions and actively explore opportunities to develop new services.
* Act as the primary point of contact for referrals to the service, ensuring that appropriate assessments are completed for those accessing services.
Requirements:
* A social care, healthcare or equivalent primary degree to honours level that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
* A minimum of four years' experience, at least senior management level.
* Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the disability sector, including residential care, and possess management experience, ideally at a regional level.
