IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist O'Brien Fine Foods is an Irish family business based in Timahoe, Co. Kildare.

Reporting to the Head of IT you will work within a small team to deliver an IT infrastructure that is scalable, reliable, redundant and secure to OBFF team members.
This role will be split between delivering level 1, 2 and 3 support and implementing new exciting new projects. This role is primarily based on-site. Responsibilities: Level 1/2/3 Support of OBFF 270 end users across our sites. Project Management of 3rd parties to implement new services. Lead technical resource on internal improvement projects. Continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure tools and services. Administration of existing environment. Suggest improvements that will improve service delivered by the IT Team. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Language Requirements To be successful in this role you need: Fluent English Project Management, Service Management Demonstrate good problem solving skills with great attention to detail and customer service Comfortable with small cabling projects and other physical tasks A Technology Skillset to include the following: o Server Technology (VMware, Hyper-V, Windows 2012,2016)o Azure Cloud Technologieso Office 365 Suite of Tools (Exchange/Sharepoint/OneDrive)o Backup Technologies (Veamm, Spanning)o SOC/SIEM (Barracuda Skout)o Device Management (Intune)o Telephony (Teams/Ring Central)o Network Technology (Fortinet/Aruba) Skills & Competencies Good Communicator Ability to operate in a pressurised environment Self-Driven and ability to work autonomously Have a growth mindset Desired Qualifications Third Level Computer Science or Computer Engineering/Technical Degree Desired Experience Min 3 years experience in a similar role
