As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical assistance at customer sites and provide documentation to internal and external customers.


Job Description

We are looking for collaborative partners who can build and leverage cross-functional relationships to drive continuous improvement. Analytical problem solvers who can identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades are also essential. Additionally, dedicated achievers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure projects are complete and meet regulations and expectations are ideal candidates for this role.


Main Responsibilities:

* Repairing and checking electronic/mechanical products
* Completing annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
* Utilizing software and technological tools to maintain proper records and access technical information
* Assisting the regulatory affairs department/customer to action product recalls, field safety notices, and field action notices
* Fulfilling Service contracts with planned maintenances
* Delivering technical Training to internal & external
* Performing Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
* Performing Software & Hardware Upgrades
* Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
* Ensuring traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
* Providing technical support to Internal and external customers


Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need:

* A Level 8 Degree in engineering medical electronics and camera technology or relevant experience
* Adequate IT-knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook)
* Experience in a Medical Field-Based position
* Experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
* Experience in the hospital environment and health care work
* IT experience on administrative and technical level
* Highly Organised Individual
* Experience and ability to build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyalty
