Project Manager – Residential / Mixed-Use Construction
Location: Wicklow
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management from enabling works through to handover
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Programme planning, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations
- Oversee on-site HSE in conjunction with safety team
- Lead site teams and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role
- Proven track record delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects
- Background with Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
