Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel on a variety of employment law matters, including compliance, litigation, and policy development.
2. Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including arbitration and litigation.
3. Conduct legal research and draft opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
4. Advise clients on workplace policies, employee relations, and risk management strategies.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative legal solutions.
6. Review and negotiate employment contracts and agreements.
7. Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
