This is an opportunity to join Stantec’s water sector team in Ireland, contributing to critical infrastructure that supports communities, protects the environment, and addresses climate change. As a Civil Engineer, you will work on a diverse range of water and wastewater projects from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
Role Overview
As a Civil Engineer you will support the delivery of water and wastewater projects across all stages, from concept to construction. You will contribute to technical design work, including drawings, calculations, and specifications, and assist with reports and contract documentation. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will collaborate with engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.

About You
You are a qualified Civil Engineer with a strong technical foundation and proven experience in water network design. You bring a practical, solutions‑focused mindset and are comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
A minimum Level 8 degree in Engineering (or a related discipline)
Strong post‑graduate experience in water network design
Solid professional and technical knowledge, effective application of engineering principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with colleagues and clients
