Role Overview

The Supply Chain – Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the movement, storage, and tracking of goods throughout the supply chain. This role ensures that materials and products are delivered on time, inventory levels are accurate, and communication between suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams remains clear and efficient. It is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipment scheduling, pickup arrangements, and delivery tracking.


• Update inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist with replenishment planning.


• Prepare and process documentation such as purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and shipping forms.


• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff to address delivery needs or resolve operational issues.


• Track shipment status, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions to maintain timelines.


• Support warehouse operations by confirming product availability, order accuracy, and loading schedules.


• Maintain accurate data within supply chain or logistics management systems.


• Assist in analyzing logistics performance metrics and preparing summary reports.


• Help improve logistics processes to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and enhance operational efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and proper handling procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and time management.


• Basic understanding of logistics operations, transportation processes, or supply chain workflows.


• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic productivity tools; experience with logistics software is a plus.


• Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.


• Ability to troubleshoot delays or shipment issues in a calm and efficient manner.


• Strong attention to detail when managing documents, inventory data, and transportation records.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.


• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and supply chain practices.


• Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
