Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and driven Retail Support Executive to join our dynamic team.
As a Retail Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering stand-out merchandising and maintaining exceptional presentation standards across various Electrical Retail locations.
You will work closely with store teams to ensure product space is optimized, stock is on point, and displays are eye-catching and aligned with brand guidelines.
Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with store managers, handling retailer inquiries quickly and professionally, capturing in-store activity and insights, and delivering engaging product training and in-store demos.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver stand-out merchandising and maintain exceptional presentation standards
* Ensure product space is optimized, stock is on point, and displays are eye-catching and aligned with brand guidelines
* Build strong relationships with store teams and handle retailer inquiries quickly and professionally
* Capture in-store activity and insights
* Deliver engaging product training and in-store demos
* Monitor competitor activity to help us stay one step ahead
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Field-Based, Retailing, or Merchandising Role
* Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
* A go-getter attitude - enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to learn
* A passion for the retail environment and delivering a great customer experience
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport on the shop floor
* A full, clean driving license and the flexibility to travel (with some overnight stays when required)
* A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
