Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain automation equipment for optimal performance and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with thorough documentation.

* Assist with equipment commissioning and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
* Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Cross-train technicians to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Travel for equipment support and training as required.
* Uphold strict safety and quality standards in accordance with GMP regulations.

Qualifications:
* Level 6-8 HETAC qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Automation/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
* Qualified trades personnel with industrial experience are also considered for this role.
* Automation/robotics experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
* Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
* Experience with pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics, PLCs, servo motors, vision systems, ultrasonic welding, and machining is highly desirable.
* FAT, SAT, IOPQ experience in automated assembly is a significant advantage.
