Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for our SaaS platform serving the manufacturing and engineering project management sector. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving market expansion. The ideal candidate understands manufacturing workflows, engineering project lifecycles, and digital transformation trends. Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, delivering product demonstrations, building tailored value propositions, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: 3–7 years in SaaS business development, sales, or account management; experience with manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project management tools is strongly preferred.
* Technical Acumen: Understanding of manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and cloud-based/ERP/PLM systems.
* Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, managing complex sales cycles, and selling technical solutions to mid-size or enterprise customers.
* Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and software adoption challenges in industrial environments.
* Mindset: Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
