What you’ll do
The Outsource Analyst will be involved in the following activities:
* Position BCM as a client focused organisation and consistently demonstrate a customer focused mindset.
* Responsible for meeting and exceeding SLA expectations set out by their Manager throughout the process.
* Work with Team Manager to develop strong working relationships locally and with colleagues in other locations to ensure that a seamless and best in class service is maintained by the unit.
* Implement all BCMGlobal Compliance procedures across all activities.
* Assist Outsource Manager in the preparation of monthly management information required by the client;
* requesting updates from Case Management Teams (CMT) and Reporting teams on a timely basis
* reviewing and checking MI returns for completeness, requesting amendments and clarifications from CMT as necessary
* summarising MI reports for review by Senior Asset Manager
* issuing completed returns to the client within agreed reporting timetable requirements
* Assist Outsource Team Manager in the preparation of weekly cash receipt/ remittance information required by the client under the Outsource Agreements to include;
* reviewing and checking remittance reports for completeness and accuracy
* requesting additional information from CMT as necessary
* summarising reports for review by Senior Asset Manager
* issuing completed reports to the client within agreed reporting timetable requirements
* Dealing with queries from the client on weekly remittance reports
* Assist Outsource Team Manager in management of litigation trackers and reporting litigation activity to the client
* Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction both internally and externally
* Assist and complete queries from client MI queries in required SLA.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in banking/financial services industry essential.
* Delivery focused with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
* Experience in reviewing loan documentation and knowledge of NPL including insolvency processes.
* Strong financial analysis skills, organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet and manage strict deadlines.
* Effective communicator, influencer, and negotiator with an ability to communicate at all levels.
* Demonstrate an organised approach to work, and an ability to prioritise to ensure critical tasks are delivered accurately.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
