HR Generalist required for a Global conectionery manufacturing company with leading brands sold in over 170 countries. Working as part of a team of 3, delivering HR services including payroll, training and development, employee relations and with specific responsibility for recruitment and retention,. Responsibilities: Responsible for recruitiment Alignment of interview process framework. Identifying, attracting and ultimately hiring the right talent. Review current recruitment process to embed in HR ATS system and ensure it is leveraged end to end for any vacancy. Alignment of contracts in place with external recruitment agencies and of the Job advert formatting. Onboarding and integrating new employees into the organization, encompassing orientation and ongoing support. Responsible for weekly payroll processes by ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and other payroll-related information, including month end process and reporting Training needs mapping, supporting and co-ordinating with line management. Budgeting Headcount alignment through company workforce planning system. Experience : 3 + years experience as a HR generalist ideally in a manufacturing environment Degree with CIPD qualification ideally Previous experience supporting Payroll process Knowledge of HR ATS system an advantage Skills: Recruitment & Selection HR Payroll Processing
