This role reports to the Director of Real Estate & Facilities within the CRG ASD division.

Role Overview: The Associate Director of Facilities Operations is responsible for leading and managing facilities and projects within the CRG ASD division across EMEA & APAC.
This includes overseeing site services, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage facilities operations at ASD sites across regions.
Lead the implementation and coordination of facilities services and projects.
Manage facility teams and collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational goals.
Develop and execute strategic plans for site security, maintenance, space management, and other services.
Oversee real estate projects, budgets, and compliance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
At least 10 years of facilities management experience, including 7 years in remote team leadership and project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage change and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Technical knowledge across varied disciplines and strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
