Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain automation equipment to ensure safe, efficient and compliant production processes.
* Support the design and validation of automated production lines, ensuring they meet quality standards.
* Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimise processes.
* Investigate technical issues systematically to determine root causes and implement solutions.
* Ramp up production lines to achieve mature targets by providing technical support and guidance.
* Develop and implement new production methods and controls to enhance quality standards in additive manufacturing processes.
* Troubleshoot issues with additive manufacturing processes and assist in resolving quality problems.
* Serve as a technical expert on various projects and process initiatives as required.
* Drive continuous improvement projects across the organisation.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of 3-6 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-volume automated assembly.
* Ability to travel to vendor and customer sites for training and equipment buy-offs.
