We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in community operations. As a Community Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients and resolving inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through empathetic, accurate, and timely responses to client inquiries
* Becoming knowledgeable about client products and community standards to provide informed support and guidance
* Making well-balanced decisions as an effective advocate for the community, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
* Investigating and resolving issues reported on the client's platform, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
* Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy, using market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of the community
* Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site
* Enforcing client terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site, reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality, identifying inefficiencies in workflows, and suggesting solutions
