Structured Finance Analyst – Dublin

Job Description
We are hiring into our Structured Finance Team in Dublin which deals with ABS, RMBS, CMBS transactions, Loan Servicing, Cash Management and Relationship Management. The highly motivated individual will be part of an existing team and be able to effectively manage the demands of the role as our business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain effective relationships across the Bank, its parent, and with external parties and stakeholders.
Maintain a portfolio of deals and all related tasks, including invoice collection, investor report validation, servicer data collection, loan collection, and interest payment date reconciliations.
Act as a focal point for allocated clients and ensure accurate set‑up and maintenance of transactions.
Maintain accurate ledgers for their portfolio of deals—balance and transaction details.
Instruct external payments for their portfolio of deals.
Accurately report cash movements and positions to Treasury on a daily basis.
Liaise with operations regarding the implementation of new transactions.
Resolve transactional and deal‑related issues and interpret transaction documents to decipher complex cash movements, legal and deal‑specific requirements.
Perform cash‑flow entries related to closing activities and subsequent funding in conjunction with the Account Manager.
Review and respond to customer requests and investor inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Build and develop client relationships.
Maintain a current level of industry knowledge and comply with all company policies, procedures and applicable government regulations.
Adhere to all policies and procedures and implement and monitor controls.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Knowledge of Corporate Trust products and market.
1–2 years of direct experience working in Structured Finance or a related industry.
Relevant experience in financial services, preferably within a similar role.
Or recent qualification in finance (degree/master’s).
Good client skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge or experience with macros.
Ability to operate within a busy team environment and build relationships across business lines.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage a heavy and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet demanding and tight deadlines.
Strong transaction management and administrative skills.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
