My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join the team on a perm basis working on a hybrid model. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will work on a large scale transformation programme and you will support delivery across several strategics initiatives.
Deliver and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions within customer service-focused environments.
Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 applications in line with operational and business requirements.
Build and optimise automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Support structured release management processes using CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Maintain source control standards and collaborative development practices using Git‑based repositories.
Contribute to technical documentation, environment governance, and integration activities.
Configure and customise core CRM elements including entities/tables, forms, dashboards, views, workflows, business process flows, and security models.
Assist with the design and support of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps.
Keep current with emerging Microsoft technologies, platform updates, and best practices.
Delivery & Project Responsibilities
Contribute to project delivery activities in line with agreed timelines, priorities, and objectives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work effectively within sprint‑based delivery models.
Manage assigned tasks proactively and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders to support successful solution delivery.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and reusable technical solutions.
Hands‑on experience developing plugins, workflows, Power Automate solutions, Logic Apps, and Canvas Apps.
Knowledge of Azure integration services and cloud‑based solution design.
Experience working with ALM and DevOps practices, including Git and Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across cloud and enterprise application environments.
Ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with Azure‑based web applications or enterprise system integrations would be beneficial.
Good understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, and integration approaches.
