We are seeking an accomplished Employee Engagement Strategist for a 12-month contract in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employee relations processes align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing expert guidance on complex employment matters
* Counseling and coaching managers on ER issues, including grievance procedures and disciplinary actions
* Developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies
* Collaborating with global teams to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
* Participating in projects and initiatives related to ER, including analysis of current policies and practices
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
* Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
* CIPD qualification is an advantage.
* Strong background in Employee Relations, with expertise in employment law and practice.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
