Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors and brokers throughout the application process
Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of mortgage applications
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth progression of cases
Maintain and update CRM systems and mortgage pipeline reports accurately
Follow up on outstanding documentation to keep applications moving efficiently
Support general office and client servicing tasks within the mortgage function
Ensure all processes are handled in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
Key Skills Required
6–12 months’ experience in financial services or strong administrative background
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills with a professional manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
