Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance in product development. This role will collaborate closely with R&D teams to assess and influence product designs for quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
* Assess and evaluate schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware specifications to identify design-related quality risks.
* Lead design risk assessments (e.g., DFMEA) and drive root cause analysis for design-related issues.
* Support validation and verification activities within the New Product Introduction process.
* Collaborate with Purchasing on new vendor approvals to maintain supplier quality standards.
* Perform statistical analysis of test data, and provide technical oversight during testing phases.
