The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Project Manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing site operations, developing technical submissions and reports, liaising with suppliers, monitoring project progress, scheduling resources, implementing quality control procedures, and financial tracking.
* Schedule resources and contractors to meet delivery schedules.
* Prepare Method and Risk Assessments.
* Liaise with sub-contractors, Resident Engineers, and employed tradespeople on-site.
* Track project finances and provide regular reporting.
* Schedule crews and sub-contractors for optimal efficiency.
* Update drawings for construction and vendor packages.
* Compile Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
