Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We're thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You'll Do:
As our new Senior Finance Analyst, Global you will assist with the day-to-day accounting function and preparation of monthly financial reporting, analysis of financial information to assist the innovation management team in decision-making and liaises on accounting and administrative issues as required.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis, to support effective decision-making for key stakeholders.
* Summarize and present the financial performance of each innovation brand, preparing monthly financial reviews for Senior Management Team meetings.
* Analyze and report monthly results for Global Innovation and Global Marketing spend, with focus on in-house versus third-party analysis and external reporting.
* Provide monthly financial reviews of Global Advertising and Promotion (A&P) spend for the Marketing team, highlighting key drivers of performance.
* Ensure assigned balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled, maintaining accurate accounting and reporting processes each month.
* Act as a key team member in requirements gathering, design, configuration, and implementation of system or process enhancements for the innovation team.
* Partner with the Innovation team to report on spend KPIs and provide financial analysis to support innovation initiatives and projects.
* Collaborate with Global Marketing, Local Marketing teams, Corporate HQ Finance, and Innovation teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
* Accounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 3+ year Post Qualified Experience is a must
* Experience in multinational fast paced environments
* Proficiency working with financial planning and forecasting tools
* Knowledge of financial reporting concepts and IFRS accounting
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
