Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, or acquired brain injury in residential, respite, or day service settings.
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence, choice, and control.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules, or other relevant discipline.
* Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with intellectual disability.
* CORU Registered as a Care Worker or in process of registration.
